New Barn

I am a little late on posting our new barn but here it is and we love it. We built it last fall and I had a chance to sharpen my carpentry skills. Biff Bragdon and I were the main builders but we had some very generous friends who helped too. But it was a great experience for me because as you can see we built it from the frost walls up!

Mothers Day

This is our raised bed that my dad and I built for my mom on mothers day and we plan on making more.

Baaaaaa

These are our two lambs that we got this spring. Tucker and Buddy are there names, Tucker is the black one and the most friendly and Buddy is the cotton ball one, and not very friendly at all. It is my sisters business and she enjoys them very much.

Gobble gobble!!!

It was my last youth day this year, but it wasn't very successful. But five days later my dad and I bagged a 18 pound bird with a seven and a halve inch beard. It was a very short hunt because I got it very close to when it flew down off the roost. As soon as it saw our Jake and hen decoys it got very mad at the Jake and came in spitting and all fanned out. It was about a foot from the decoys when I fired. I guess it is a true lesson on controlling your temper.

Fire Fighting

Hello, it has been a long time since I have posted anything, so here is one of the latest updates. I just recently joined the Bradford Fire Department and love every minute of it. It is what I want to do for my future career, well that and I would like to be paramedic also. So I will try to keep you more updated, well for now see ya.

Mt. Katahdin

This summer my dad and our friend Shawn Waite and I, hiked the largest mountain in ME. The view was amazing and the hike was nothing like I thought it would be. We decided to pick the trail called Cathedral to go up and came down Helon Taylor. I think that coming down is the worse because there is nothing to look forward to. Overall it was a great day!
